I prefer web sites that load quickly, but some folk expect a bit of 'gee whiz', so this animated gif was an attempt to satisfy these folk. However, as it is 113KB it still slowed down access to the site, so I took it off the home page and being reluctant to waste the effort? put into building it, it can be viewed here..... exciting isn't it!
