If you haven't heard of RSS, then do a google and find out about it. Basically it allows internet users to register with a site, such as the BBC or others where content may change from time to time, and the user will be notified when changes occur. It is spam free, afaik, and will be one aspect of the web which could be useful to all concerned. We are hoping that you will download a reader, this free rss reader seems quite good, and use it to keep up to date with news and of course changes on this site.
